We first met Nathan through a referral from First Contact Clinical. With a clear ambition to find work by the end of the year, he began his journey with support from Andrea, our Occupational Therapist. Together, they focused on building motivation, confidence, and a strong foundation for his next steps.

To help Nathan move closer to his employment goal, Andrea introduced him to Sarah Selby, our Personal Development Advisor. Sarah supported Nathan with interview preparation, job-readiness skills, and guidance toward the right opportunities. Through this support, Nathan was referred to the Karbon Homes ‘New Start’ programme — and he successfully secured a placement.

Nathan quickly made a positive impression:
