We have worked together getting people back into work and Alysha Cooper at Northern Rights is a God send. She finds the candidates and then organises an interview with me, she also helps so much to make sure they have all the right ID documents to apply for their DBS Enhanced to be able to work on site. Until I started working with Alysha I did struggle getting people to apply for the jobs I advertised I know that I don’t have to worry at all if I need more people to work in the college she gets it sorted straight away and this helps our company so much. I really do appreciate all the help she gives us and couldn’t do it without her.
