Maureen Bagley from South Shields came to Northern Rights after losing her job at a hotel at the start of the coronavirus pandemic.
The 64-year-old was keen to get straight back into employment so contacted Jobcentre Plus who suggested she speak to us.
The partially deaf grandmother said: “I came for an interview with Northern Rights, and they immediately identified a job for me.
“I was over the moon as working keeps me in a routine, especially since I became a widow four years ago.
“I cannot praise the team at Northern Rights enough. They were very good with me, really nice and made me feel very relaxed.
“I am so grateful to them for finding this opportunity for me and I am really very much enjoying the job.”
