I first joined Northern Rights in 2022 through the Government’s Kickstart Scheme. During my six-month placement, I was given the opportunity to support different areas of the business, which really helped me to build my confidence and develop new skills.
At the end of the scheme, I was delighted to be offered a permanent role as an Administrative Assistant. Since then, I’ve continued to grow both personally and professionally, and I now work full-time in my role.
The mentors I’ve had at Northern Rights have been incredible — their support and guidance have played a huge part in my journey. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.
