Work and Health Programme (WHP)
Better Working Futures also known as DWP’s Work and Health Programme provides personal advice and guidance, skills training and health support to help people finding and staying in work.
The Work and Health Programme offers tailored, community-based employment support for people with a disability or health condition, and the long-term unemployed, to help them develop their skills and enter work.
Our service is available for customers with more complex barriers to employment, this includes developing a plan to address and manage health barriers to work, utilising our links with local community health and wellbeing organisations.
